Amy Winehouse (14 September 1983 – 23 July 2011)
The 27 year-old British songbird was announced death by misadventure, which basically means she drank way too much during her life and one day it was fatal. Amy’s blood alcohol level was extremely high at the time of her death and the potentially fatal levels caused her sudden death.
Steve Jobs (February 24, 1955 – October 5, 2011)
The 56 year-old iMan might have passed away, but he managed to forever change the way we see things and communicate with each other with his inventions. Steve died due to complications related to a relapse of pancreatic cancer. Apple Inc. has become the largest technology company by revenue and profit in the whole world.
Andy Whitfield (17 July 1972 – 11 September 2011)
The 39 year-old “Spartacus: Blood and Sand” died after an eighteen-month battle against non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Andy was diagnosed in March of 2010 and was declared cancer-free only two months later. Unfortunately, he had a recurrence of the disease, which led to his death in Sydney, Australia.
Ryan Dunn (June 11, 1977 – June 20, 2011)
The 34 year-old “Jackass” star passed away in a tragic car accident after a wild night of drinks at a bar. Speed and alcohol were responsible for Ryan’s and production assistant Zachary Hartwell’s death. The Jackass’ blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit when he died.
Jeff Conaway (October 5, 1950 – May 27, 2011)
The 60 year-old “Grease” star had a history of substance abuse that ultimately led to his tragic death, which was caused by pneumonia and encephalopathy attributable to drug overdoses.
