Oh, the singer’s glare. Melanie reminded me of Jennifer Hudson. And yeah, Melanie looked and sounded like a true diva. She got emotional and started rambling: “I believe in myself.” Yada, yada, yada. “Thank you Simon!” Simon Cowell gives a shout out to Clive Davis in the audience. He was the one who signed Whitney Houston.

Blah. That sounded kind of irrelevant, but Chris finally had the opportunity to write his own lyrics in an attempt to make the song his own. Nicole Scherzinger called him Josh. LoL. Paula Abdul said that was one of the most fun performances she has seen. What? She loved it and she loves Chris.

Simon Cowell was happy the public is supporting an artist like Chris, who is not the best singer but has lots of charisma and presence on stage. L.A. Reid said Chris is improving every week. Oh. I see. Chris gets the pimp spot to maximize is popularity as a potential winner. I was not impressed.

I just wish Josh hadn’t been forced to sing a Rihanna song. Seriously? So much talent wasted on such an uncomfortable performance. Josh is no Tom Jones! L.A. Reid said the performance wasn’t believable even though he admitted Josh is a great singer. Paula Abdul disagreed, saying Josh can sing any song and make it believable as a dance hit.

I want whatever Paula has been smoking. Simon Cowell thought the song was inappropriate, the dance routine was ridiculous and called Nicole Scherzinger on her bad mentoring skills. The Pussycat Doll claimed Josh showed he was versatile unlike some other artists (was she talking about Drew Ryniewicz?). Shut up, Nicole!

Rachel is a little star and so talented, but she sounded out of breath. This was certainly not her best performance. L.A. Reid loved it, but questioned the lyrics “beautiful girls got nothing on you”. Rachel came up with the best comeback ever: “I was singing to Paula and Nicole.” PWN.

Paula Abdul said Rachel is beautifully fearless. Nicole Scherzinger just wants a Rachel Crow doll to take home, to her bathroom or whatever. That was awkward! Simon Cowell retorted: “I’m waiting for the Nicole doll to come out, the voodoo doll!” OH. SNAP. Love Simon.

Why is Marcus still in this competition? That performance was tacky, awful and he sounded like an agonizing sheep, which just proved once again Marcus is no Usher no matter how hard he wants to be. Nicole Scherzinger’s verbatim: “You have earned your spot here!”

Paula Abdul though he just looked good. Man candy. What else? Simon Cowell wanted to be fair and said that was a good performance. Simon doesn’t like people who play victim and was glad Marcus proved his point on that stage. Mentor L.A. Reid just begged people to vote for his pupil.

Melanie delivered another vocally flawless performance and she is gaining confidence each week. On the other hand, I really didn’t think this remix of Adele’s song was that good. L.A. Reid thought it was great. Nicole Scherzinger said: “You’re a rock star diva!”

Paula Abdul noted Melanie looked absolutely stunning and happy, but complained her performance was too short. Simon Cowell was pleased, claiming Melanie changed completely when she revealed who she really is, thick accented and all. “You sound like a diva,” Simon said.

The cover of the highly anticipated January/February 2012 issue of Playboy Magazine with Lindsay Lohan has been leaked a few days before it was set to be officially revealed during the actress’ appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on December 15 (see cover below).

In the cover, Lindsay is seen straddling a chair with the infamous Playboy bunny design, which is strategically covering up her naked body. The 25 year-old earned close to $1 million to pose nude in a tasteful Marilyn Monroe-inspired photo spread for the famous men’s magazine.

Lindsay kind of looks good. I can’t wait to see the full photo spread, but I bet we will be disappointed because she has taken so many nude/nearly-nude pictures already. What is there left to see if she isn’t really going full frontal?

Lea was beyond excited and took to her Twitter to thank her glam squad, fellow “Glee” cast members who came out to support her, her date Jonathan Groff and finally Ashton.

Lea tweeted, “On my way to the premiere! Have the most handsome date with me tonight Mr Jonathan Groff:) I’m the happiest girl in the world tonight!!! Having the best time ever at the #NewYearsEve premiere!!!!”

“Little Miss Sunshine” Abigail Breslin looked stunning beautiful and all grown up at the premiere of the movie “New Year’s Eve” held at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, California on Monday (December 5)- more pictures below.

The 15 year-old actress revealed she has a major crush on her “New Year’s Eve” co-star Zac Efron and confessed she totally freaked out knowing he was nearby even though they did not have any scenes together in the movie.

“I met Zac Efron, and I’m just going to say, I cried a little bit afterwards and beforehand – just a little bit,” Abigail said. “It was kind of a big deal; it was kind of major. I heard he was in the same building as me, so that’s what first brought on the tears. And I think everybody here saw me cry a little bit. And then I went in to meet him, and I was like, ‘No, no, no, I can’t do this.’ But he was so nice!”

Ah! Who would have thought Abigail, who is one of the youngest actresses nominated for an Oscar, would get nervous about meeting a fellow actor. “I love Zac Efron. I mean, I’ve seen every High School Musical a million times and every movie he’s done. I mean, I love Zac Efron. C’mon, he’s cool,” she explained.
