“THE LEGEND ENDS.” A full trailer of the final chapter, “The Dark Knight Rises”, directed by Christopher Nolan, starring Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne (aka Batman) and Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle (aka Catwoman), was just released by Warner Bros. (see movie trailer below).

The Dark Knight Rises movie synopsis:

Following the death of District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman assumes responsibility for Dent’s crimes in order to protect Dent’s reputation and is hunted as a fugitive by the Gotham City Police Department.

Eight years after the events of The Dark Knight, Gotham has recovered from the Joker’s killing spree, and is experiencing a time of peace.

A warning from the “enigmatic” Selina Kyle foreshadows a coming cataclysm, prompting Batman to return to the city where he must stop the villain Bane and his plans to destroy Gotham.

The epic movie also stars Michael Caine (as Alfred, the butler), Gary Oldman (as James Gordon), Morgan Freeman (as Lucius Fox), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (as John Blake), Marion Cotillard (as Miranda Tate) and Tom Hardy (as Bane). The movie promises to be EPIC.

NBA star Kobe Bryant’s wife Vanessa Bryant is just gold-digger like her mother, according to her former step dad Stephen Laine, an inventory manager who was tricked by the matriarch and is being forced to pay spousal support since they divorced back in 2003.

Stephen was married to Vanessa’s mother from 1990 to 2003 and helped to raise the now basketball wife. The bitter man accuses both women of playing the ten year marriage card in order to get spousal support for life.

Laine told TMZ, “Her mother taught her well to wait for the ten-year mark [before divorcing]. In California … it’s considered a long term marriage and then she gets paid for life or until she remarries … just like her mother is doing to me.”

“I have to pay her mom $1,800 every month and clearly they don’t need it. I have a six-year-old daughter and that money could be used toward her college fund or something… you’d think she’d care… but no, she’s spiteful.”

Vanessa’s mother is currently living the good life in one of Kobe’s mansions and is also being “supported” by her daughter. Life is good for the typical gold-digger, but life is even better for pro-basketball gold-diggers.

Former reality star Kelly Osbourne fractured her left hand in three places after falling out of bed and was immediately taken taken to a hospital in Miami, Florida over the weekend. Poor Kelly tweeted through the whole ordeal.

Kelly explained, “i must be the most accident prone/stupid person it the world i fell out my bed while sleeping last night & fractured my hand in 3 places! its my left hand & im left handed so my mum has to brush my hair & cut my food 4 me i feel like a baby again. of course my mum is loving it!”

Actress Judy Greer married her fiancé, “Real Time with Bill Maher” co-executive producer Dean Johnsen, in a private ceremony held at the Athletic Club in Los Angeles, California on Saturday (December 17).

“The couple looked amazing! The ceremony was filled with laughter amongst friends,” a source tells People. “Both the bride and groom seemed to have an amazing time celebrating the evening.”

Dean and Judy, who met on a blind date back in 2010, exchanged vows in front of nearly 200 very special guests, including Bill Maher, Rashida Jones, Jason Biggs, Sarah Chalke and Tyler Labine.

I had to tell myself not to freak out meeting him, but I immediately felt at ease and there was a great chemistry and connection. I felt comfortable in his presence because he’s very human and I love the way he treats everybody. He’s really kind and that’s what makes him so special.”

Former Miss Venezuela, Eva Akvall, sadly passed away at a hospital in Houston, Texas on Saturday (December 17) after losing a long battle against breast cancer. Eva was only 28 years old.

Eva won the Miss Venezuela title back in 2000, when she was only 17. The beauty queen, who was also the third runner-up in the Miss Universe competition in Puerto Rico in 2001, settled down when she married her husband, radio producer John Fabio Bermudez.

A bald Eva without makeup posed for the cover of her a book titled “Fuera de Foco” (“Out of Focus”) about her struggle with cancer. In the book, she also confessed that her 2 year-old daughter Miranda was the reason to stay alive.

“I hate to see photos in which I come out ugly,” Ekvall told El Nacional. “But you know what? Nobody ever said cancer is pretty or that I should look like Miss Venezuela when I have cancer.”

Eva, whose mother died of the same type of cancer at 39, is survived by her father, husband and daughter. A funeral service will be held in her home country as soon as her remains are returned to Venezuela.
