Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen’s younger sister, Elizabeth Olsen, is proving once again she is the best actress in the family as she stars in the remake of an “old-school” horror flick “Silent House” (watch movie trailer below).

The remake of the Uruguayan movie “The Silent House” by Gustavo Hernandez stars the 22 year-old as Sarah, a young woman trapped inside her family’s lakeside retreat. “Real fear in real time” is the slogan of the chilling 88 minutes of pure terror as Sarah desperately tries to leave the house that is trying to hide a terrible secret.

“The silence will kill you.” That seems to be a damn good movie if horror is your thing. Plus, the movie is inspired by a true story that happened in the 1940’s in a small village in Uruguay.

“Silent House” will hit theaters in the US on March 9, 2012.
