“The Vampire Diaries” star Nina Dobrev dazzled in a gorgeous green cocktail dress with lace sleeves by Elie Saab on the red carpet of the 38th Annual People’s Choice Awards (PCAs) held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday (January 11)- more pictures below.

Unfortunately, Nina and her hot boyfriend, co-star Ian Somerhalder, who was also in attendance, decided to not walk the red carpet together once again. The 23 year-old actress took home the PCA award for TV Drama Actress.

Nina tweeted, “Thank my mom. So, Thank you mama! AND – to everyone who voted for me, you got me to the PCA’s. Your votes got me this award. Again thank you, so so so so much. I’ve always wanted a Peoples Choice Award, thank you for making my dream come true.”
