Actress Rooney Mara looked stunning in a black Nina Ricci gown on the red carpet of the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, California on Sunday (January 15).

This was the first time on the Golden Globes red carpet for the 26 year-old actress. Rooney claimed she was thrilled to be part of the event, and confessed she is not yet preparing to reprise her role as Lisbeth Salander in a new installment of “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.”

Rooney lost the Golden Globe for Best Actress to legend Meryl Streep (“The Iron Lady”).
