The 22 year-old, who recently released “Safe & Sound” from “The Hunger Games” soundtrack, confessed she is finally ready to work on a new album, which is once again inspired by her latest heartache.

In the picture above (by Mario Testino), Taylor is wearing a Rodarte dress that was recently worn by Elle Fanning at the Critics’ Choice Awards (photos HERE). Let’s just say I was not a big fan of the dress on the red carpet.
