26 year-old Reed Grimm impressed the judges with an unexpected jazzy rendition of the “Family Matters” theme song during the American Idol Season 11 auditions in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Thursday (January 19)- watch video below.

That was so much fun. Is Reed the new, cuter Casey Abrams? The guy is talented and passionate. Jennifer Lopez was pleasantly surprised, saying “A mark of a great performer is to never know what they are gonna do. So you can’t take your eyes off them, (…) And you have that.”

Randy Jackson, who is apparently taking judging lessons from Paris Hilton, said “That was hot.” Steven Tyler: “You are crazy. That was genius. It’s beautiful. That’s so good, man.”
