The 23 year-old actress, who wore a white “bridal” dress by Amsale, was excited to show off her engagement ring as she reveal her 28 year-old musician boyfriend had just proposed the night before.

“He proposed and showed me the ring and I was so shocked I just said ‘Oh my god,’ and I hugged him,” Bowden revealed to Giuliana Rancic. “Then he said to me, ‘So is that yes?’ “
