UPDATE: Bobby Brown Explains Why He Left Whitney Houston Funeral

Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown, was seen leaving his ex-wife Whitney Houston’s “home going” service held at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey on Saturday (February 18).

Bobby, who had been officially invited to the ceremony, was visibly upset as he left the funeral in a black Cadillac SUV shortly after it started at 12 pm ET.

Some members of Whitney’s family reportedly didn’t want to send an invitation to Bobby, who was married to the late singer for 14 tumultuous years. The reason for Bobby’s early departure is unknown, but it’s possible he was asked to leave.
