Ashton Kutcher, who announced his split from his wife Demi Moore in November, was spotted at Madonna‘s annual Oscars bash in Los Angeles with his rumored girlfriend Lorene Scafaria.

Scafaria, a screenwriter who previously dated Adam Brody, and Kutcher were first seen together in Italy around Christmas.

The two were seen together again on Feb. 25 at the X Prize charity party. “They were affectionate,” an onlooker said. “They held hands, and she rubbed his back and neck.”

Kutcher’s rep claims that the two are strictly platonic, but it looks like things are heating up, no?
