Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron officially announced she adopted a child and is finally a proud new mother of a healthy baby boy named Jackson on Wednesday (March 14). As far as we know, Charlize is a happily single mother.

The 36 year-old “Young Adult” star’s rep said in a statement: “Charlize Theron has adopted a child. She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson.” No more details about the adoption process or the little boy were disclosed.
