LiLo might be in trouble again! The 25 year-old actress allegedly hit the manager of the Hookah Lounge as she tried to drive away from the paparazzi blocking her exit after a night out at the Sayers Club in Hollywood earlier today (Wednesday, March 14).

Lindsay was behind the wheel of her new Porsche when she struck the guy and drove away from the scene of the “crime.” Police arrived at the scene, interviewed witnesses inside the Hookah Lounge, including the victim, but no arrests were made.

The cops might have been called by Lindsay herself when she was mobbed by paparazzi for her own protection. The manager hit by LiLo was apparently not injured, which, fortunately for the actress who is still on probation, means there was no violation of the law.

Lindsay is off the hook again. The case can only be reopened if the victim decides to contact the authorities, claiming injury.
