“She’s The Man” star Amanda Bynes was arrested for driving under the influence in West Hollywood, Los Angeles at around 3 a.m. on Friday (April 6).

The 26 year-old actress, who’s 5’7’’ and 125 lbs., is currently still in jail after she attempted to pass a cop car and sideswiped the vehicle. The bail was set at $5,000.

Just a month ago, Amanda was stopped by the cops for talking on her cellphone before she fled the scene while they were writing her a ticket. Later, she showed up at the police station to sign the ticket.

Amanda seems to be on what we like to call the “LiLo” downward spiral – jobless, partying hard and getting wasted frequently.
