‘Sex and the City’ Townhouse Sells for $9.85 Million
Carrie Bradshaw‘s famous Sex and the City New York City townhouse has officially sold.
The 4,100-square foot, 64 Perry Street home went up for sale in March with a pricetag of $9.65 million, but sold for $9.85 million, city records confirm.

The apartment, located on NYC’s West Village neighborhood has five bedrooms, crown and ceiling moldings, herringbone wood floors and six fireplaces. The owner’s name has yet to be revealed.
