Former Disney star Demi Lovato has reportedly officially signed on the dotted line to join judges L.A. Reid, Simon Cowell and possibly Britney Spears for the second season of the FOX’s talent show, “The X Factor.”

TMZ reports Demi is currently scheduled to appear at the FOX Upfronts, where the X Factor’s new judges’ panel will be officially introduced to the press, in New York City today (Monday, May 14).
