How cute? Rapper 50 Cent (aka Curtis Jackson) tweeted a couple of pictures of himself in a hospital bed as he was waiting for surgery to treat some type of stomach ailment. You won’t believe with whom Fifty has been sharing his bed!?!

Poor Fiddy needed some cuddle buddies and stuffed animals are the new gansgta. “I’m in the hospital but my gangsta grillz LOST TAPE is done so it will be out on time. I don’t want to go into surgery. As for details about his hospitalization, the rapper’s rep declined to comment. Fiddy is back on the news just in time to promote his mixtape, “Gangsta Grillz: Lost Tape,” which comes out today. Coincidence?
