Rapper Lil Wayne is once again under investigation for assault of someone, a guy named Alfredo Marino, who dared to attempt to take a picture while he was out skateboarding with his entourage on May 3, 2012.

According to Marino, who claims to be a huge fan, he spotted Lil Wayne and tried to approach him, but was shut down by his crew. Marino retreated to his car, where he tried to take a picture.

That was when Lil Wayne and his people began threatening Marino before hitting him in the head with a skateboard, which left him bleeding and suffering a concussion and vertigo. “Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?” Lil Wayne allegedly said.

Marino’s lawyer, Craig Chisvin, told TMZ, “My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer.”

Ironically, Lil Wayne and his crew were also accused of assault by a photographer who tried to take a picture of the rapper in Miami, Florida less than a month ago.
