Former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky confessed to have offered advice to the new Bachelorette Emily Maynard before she began her quest for love on the show. The two Bachelorettes are friends, so Ali wants only what’s best for Emily.

And the best for Emily in Ali’s eyes is Jef Holm, the 27 year-old CEO of People Water who lives in George, Utah. Ali, who recently broke up with her fiancé Roberto Martinez, believes Jef is the ideal guy for Emily because he’s super sweet yet spunky.

“I am loving Jef with one F!” Ali told Us Weekly. “I just think he is spunky and I want to be friends with him!”

“She says she likes guys who are tattooed and a little more on the rougher side,” explains the newly-single Ali. “Jef could possibly be [a frontrunner] because he seems like he’s a little funky, a little different and I think she’d like that.”

As for other contestants like race car driver Arie Luyendik Jr. and single dad Doug Clerget, Ali warns they better be prepared to become a father figure to little Ricki.

“Whoever ends up with Emily is going to end up with a kid. They need to know that and the great thing about Doug is that he has a child. He knows what it’s about and he obviously has a good relationship with his son based on the letter that he wrote Emily, so I think that’s going to be huge for her!”
