New parents, Jessica Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson, are apparently not busy enough with their bundle of joy, baby Maxwell, so they decided to finally start planning their wedding. They started with the basics by setting up the perfect date to finally tie the knot.

December 12, 2012. Since Jessica’s plans to marry on November 11, 2011 in Hawaii were set back when she discovered she was pregnant, December 12, 2012 seems to be the next logical date for the couple, according to Life & Style.

The 31 year-old singer/actress, who still dreams of having a beachside wedding ceremony, is reportedly also busy planning another important event in the couple’s family life – Maxwell’s baptism.

Since the new mom cannot actually do it all by herself, she allegedly hired celebrity party planner Mindy Weiss, who also planned her baby shower and her wedding to Nick Lachey back in 2002.
