Former Real Housewives of New York star, Bethenny Frankel and her husband Jason Hoppy, are rumored to be headed for divorce since they could not stop arguing with each other in the latest season of “Bethenny Ever After.”

The 41 year-old is now getting ready to premiere her own talk show, so it’s a lot harder to focus on saving her marriage. Plus, the reality star has also been spending some quality time with her Skinnygirl business partner Matt Hesse.

A couple of months ago, Bethenny and Matt were spotted holding hands as they entered Phillipe Chow’s restaurant in New York City, where they were retreated to a private area to enjoy their meal.

“They walked through the restaurant with his chest pressed up against her back, and she leaned back and he whispered in her ear,” according to the eyewitness. “Then, they went up the stairs to a private dining area together, literally with their arms wrapped around each other.”

“Jason has said that when he is ready to officially file for divorce, he is ready to call Bethenny out on her infidelity and name Matt in the papers,” said the insider.

According to Star, Bethenny and Jason’s divorce is imminent as they have already visited divorce lawyers. Sources claim Jason is ready to go after Bethenny’s fortune by claiming betrayal and infidelity.

Bethenny’s mother, Bernadette Burke, admits she called their break up even before their wedding day because her daughter does not take the institution of marriage seriously and had cheating problems.

“This was dead in the water even before it began. His problem is he’s too nice, and she’ll grab another nice one. He is replaceable. Nice is boring, and Bethenny gets bored with nice,” Bernadette said, adding Bethenny “doesn’t have any respect for marriage” and a history of cheating.
