Actress Amanda Bynes was officially charged with driving under the influence (a misdemeanor) with the added criminal complaint of refusing to complete a breathalyzer or blood test during her arrest back in April.

The 26 year-old was arrested for DUI after sideswiping a cop car when attempting to make a right turn at around 3 am in West Hollywood. If convicted and taking into account the sentence enhancement, Amanda faces up to six month behind bars.

Oh, no! It’s like Lindsay Lohan’s downfall all over again. Since Amanda is a first time offender, she will most likely be sentenced to 48 hours in jail with three years of probation and a nine-month alcohol program.

Amanda is not happy, so she took to her Twitter to ask the President Of The United States, aka Barack Obama, to fire the cop who arrested her because you know Mr. Prez has nothing better to do with his time than attend to spoiled brats who had one too many.

“I can’t help but laugh at all of you writing fake stories about me. I was not in any hit and runs. I don’t drink so the DUI is false,” Amanda tweeted. “Hey @BarackObama… I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.”

So that’s why Amanda refused to take the breathalyzer, so she could “allegedly” continue lying about her condition. It’s easy to say the cop is lying, when you could have also easily proven it with a blood test. But no! Amanda is SO innocent!
