Cruise’s rep tells People: “Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy.”

The 33 year-old actress cited the usual “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for termination of contract, I mean, divorce. Katie is also seeking child support and the sole custody of the couple’s 6 year-old daughter Suri.
