Katy Perry & Russell Brand Officially Divorced
Pop singer Katy Perry and (self-proclaimed) comedian Russell Brand are officially divorced.
Disclaimer: If you can’t tell from the first sentence of this post, I can’t stand Brand.
Katy Perry has 451% Sales Increase After Film Release
Brand filed for divorce from Perry in December 2011, citing “irreconcilable differences.” They married in October 2010.
The couple reached a settlement in February, but weren’t officially single until July 16 because of the California law which requires couples to wait six months after filing to dissolve the marriage.
After watching Perry’s Part of Me movie, I can’t stand Brand. Go watch it. You’ll see what I mean.
