Seems there’s a little beef between Kim Kardashian and her soon-to-be ex-husband Kris Humphries‘ ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj.

Oprah Winfrey to Make Appearance on ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’

Sinanaj was reportedly subpoenaed for a deposition about Kardashian’s divorce from Humphries that’s set to take place later this month. Sinanaj’s ex-lawyer, Joe Tacopina, accepted on her behalf, but it appears that Kardashian’s lawyer’s are now worried that Sinanaj may say he didn’t have the authority to make that decision.

Humphries former flame Tweeted to Kardashian:  ”Why don’t u enjoy ur Miami trip and stop sending private investigators to my house-Stop dragging me into ur drama.”

“I don’t have to explain Or apologize for who I chose to be friends with.  Subpoena or not!” she continued.

Later, she added, ”Subpoena me twice for the same thing!  Hilarious.”

Yikes, girls. Let’s all put on some more mascara and chat about it.
