Photoshopped Kate Middleton Covers Marie Claire South Africa (PHOTO)
Wait a second….Kate Middleton? The Duchess of Cambridge? Posing for a magazine cover?!?
Don’t worry, folks. Our dear Kate wouldn’t dare to be seen in an ensemble as hideous as the one she’s been photoshopped into on the latest cover of Marie Claire South Africa. That’s right, the Duchess’ hands and face have been photoshopped on to a fashion model’s body in what the magazine is calling a “tribute.”

And Marie Claire isn’t shy about the joke they’ve pulled on all of us. As a matter of fact, they’re downright open about it.
“We were so inspired by her fairytale wedding and her life as a modern-day princess, which is why we elected Kate Middleton as our cover star for the August issue,” editor, Aspasia Karras toldĀ The Telegraph. “The cover is actually a hyper-real illustration of Kate, meant to be a fan art tribute to fashion’s new royal icon.”
I hope Kate got a good laugh out of this. I know I did.
