Jessica Simpson’s Father, Joe Simpson, Arrested for DUI

Jessica Simpson‘s father Joe Simpson was arrested last weekend for allegedly driving under the influence.

The 54-year-old was pulled over while driving on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks, Calif., authorities told reporters. He was arrested with a blood alcohol level of .12.

Simpson spent the night in the slammer, but was released without having to post bail at 9:41 a.m.
