Modern Family star Sofia Vergara has confirmed that she is engaged to her longtime beau Nick Loeb.

The 40-year-old actress told reporters that she hasn’t started planning her wedding just yet. “I haven’t started planning anything because everything has been very recent,” she said. “I am kind of, you know, working a lot — I just started the Modern Family season — so I don’t know yet [when I will get married]. No plans.”

Vergara went on to say that she hasn’t ruled out having a baby with her new groom. “It’s something that maybe … one day I’ll do again. I wouldn’t mind . . .I mean, I think I can still do it. But you know, when you want to do something like that, you want to do it right, at the right moment, so I am taking it easy, so maybe when I have a little less work.”

This will be the second marriage for Vergara, who has a 20-year-old son, Manolo, with her first husband, Joe Gonzales.
