Sage Stallone‘s death was brought on by natural causes from a heart condition rather than a drug overdose, the Los Angeles County coroner’s office has confirmed.

Sage Stallone Found Dead

The 36-year-old son of actor Sylvester Stallone died on July 13 in his Los Angeles apartment. While prescription drug bottles were found in his apartment, his attorney adamantly denied reports that he had committed suicide.

According to reports, “Sage died from a condition that causes blockage of the arteries and toxicology results showed only a minimal amount of hydrocodone (Vicodin) in his system.”
