Surprise! Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively and her beau Ryan Reynolds secretly tied the knot this weekend in Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., just outside of Charleston.

Lively 25, and Reynolds, 35, who have remained mum about their relationship, were first linked together a year ago. The couple starred in Green Lantern together in 2011. They recently purchased a home together in Bedford, NY, and have been spotted working out at their local gym together.

A source confirmed that the reception for the nuptials took place in a white tent at the plantation. Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine performed three songs for the couple, and a cake was driven in from Virginia.

This is the first marriage for Lively. Reynolds was previously married to actress Scarlett Johansson. The two were married for two years, divorcing in 2010.
