Miley Cyrus Stuns Critics with Beautiful Cover of James Shelton’s ‘Lilac Wine’ (Video)

Teen sensation Miley Cyrus, who has been known the past couple of months for her new punk haircut and Twitter ramblings, has stunned critics with an amazing and beautiful cover of the James Shelton classic ‘Lilac Wine.’

The song was originally recorded in 1950 by Shelton. It has been covered previously by Jeff Buckley, Jeff Beck, and Elkie Brooks.

      “Lilac Wine” was NOT recorded by James Shelton, her wrote it.. It was recorded by Eartha Kitt in the 50s .Nina Simone in the 60s .Elkie Brooks in the 70s (Elkie Brooks is the only singer to have chart success with this song). Jeff Buckley in the 90s, Beck in the 2000s, and some others.
