Pretty Little Liars actress Lucy Hale and her boyfriend of six months Chris Zylka have split, according to his latest Tweets.

Zylka Tweeted, ”Don’t have a girlfriend – she decided she was too good,” in response to a Twitter user who complimented his “girlfriend” Hale.

The actor, who appeared on 90210 and The Secret Circle, defended his comments when his Twitter followers accused him of “unfairly attacking” Hale. ”Never any disrespect towards anyone. Only if you say what you say you should stick to it. If you say you love then love,” he Tweeted.

Hale recently denied reports that she’s dating Teen Wolf star Colton Haynes. ”He’s just a friend… Although I would be very lucky to have him on my arm! We’re just friends,” she told reporters.
