Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof was granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband Dr. Paul Nassif.

Paul Nassif Confirms Separation from ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Star Adrienne Maloof 

Maloof, 50, who has been married to Nassif for ten years, claimed in court on Wednesday that Nassif had been physically abusive to her sons. “The Bravo star claimed he allegedly choked one of their boys when they were fighting after school. While the boys were taking a bath later that day, Nassif allegedly spanked one of his sons and “threw him in the corner.”"
She was then given temporary custody of her three boys Gavin, 9, and twins Colin and Christian, 6.

Under the restraining order, Nassif, 50, will be required to stay at least 100 feet away from Maloof, their kids, the home they shared and the boys’ school.

“This smacks of underhandedness. Adrienne wasn’t even present when this allegedly occurred,” Nassif’s lawyer Lisa Meyer told reporters. “It is a sad day when parents have to stoop to the level of making false allegations against another parent.”

This whole ordeal got really ugly out of nowhere. I actually had faith that these two would make it work.
