Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif have settled the custody battle over their three sons Gavin, 9, and twins Colin and Christian, 6.

Maloof, 51, will get the boys on weekdays and every other weekend. Nassif, 50, will have the boys on the weekends they’re not with their mother.

The two, who were married for ten years, filed for divorce in August. The disagreements soon followed. On Sept. 19, Maloof accused Nassif of physically abusing their children. She was awarded temporary custody, but Nassif was able to clear his name the following week with a report from the the Department of Children and Family Services.
