Veteran political journalist Bob Schieffer is moderating the third Presidential debate tonight between President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney.

And since many of you will be asking during the debate….

So just how old is Bob Schieffer?  The answer is 75-years old.

Bob was born on February 25, 1937 in Austin, Texas.

He’s best known for being a contributor to 60 Minutes from 1973-1996 and for hosting the CBS Evening News on the weekends and at other times from 1973-2005.  Schieffer has been the moderator of Face the Nation since 1991.

His wife is Patricia Penrose Schieffer and they have two adult children.
