The progressive political group Move On has started a petition to have Donald Trump fired as a spokesperson for Macy’s.

Trump can be seen in a new ad for the department store, in which he “alludes” to his questioning of President Barack Obama‘s citizenship by questioning “Santa Claus’s true identity.” Watch it HERE.

The online petition, which has been signed by 450,000 people so far, states:  ”Donald Trump does not reflect the ‘magic of Macy’s’. We urge you to sever ties with him. Macy’s says it has a strong obligation to be ‘socially responsible’ and that ‘actions speak louder than words’. Indeed. It’s time to act.”
