Leave it to TMZ to obtain the top secret diet plan that singer and actress Jessica Simpson followed as part of her Weight Watchers campaign.
The new mom made her first red carpet appearance since giving birth recently, showing off her amazing 60-pound weight loss, which made the public wonder just how she managed to drop weight and take care of a baby.
The star’s diet plan consisted of a 15-day smoothie kick-off, and plenty of grilled veggies and protein. The 15-day plan included “5 days of 3 smoothies a day (with 2 healthy snacks); 5 days of 2 smoothies a day (2 healthy snacks, 1 meal); and 5 days of 1 smoothie day (with 2 snacks and 2 meals).”
