Kate Middleton debuted a new hair do‘ Monday night while attending an opening celebration for the National Museum of History’s new treasure exhibition in London.

The Duchess of Cambridge, who attended the event solo, showed off her new face-framing layers and possibly darker-than-usual locks. The new cut was said to be done by her favorite hairstylist Richard Ward.

Middleton also recycled her emerald green dress, which she was seen wearing at an event for the Queen‘s Diamond Jubilee last year.
