Josh Brolin Arrested for Public Intoxication

Actor Josh Brolin (Gangster Squad, No Country for Old Men) was arrested on New Year’s Day for public intoxication.

Brolin was arrested on a Santa Monica, Calif. sidewalk after officers happened up on him. The AP reports that he was released six hours later after he “sobered up.”

Santa Monica Police Lt. Darrell Lowe told AP the actor was not given a citation, meaning he won’t likely have to appear before a judge.

Brolin was previously arrested in 2008 for interfering with police who were trying to arrest someone else. Confusing, no?
