Country star Taylor Swift and One Direction member Harry Styles have reportedly split following an explosive argument while they were vacationing in the British Virgin Islands.

The 23-year-old singer and Styles, 18, were spotted exchanging a New Year’s Eve kiss less than a week ago. On New Year’s Day, the couple flew off for a few days of rest. An unnamed source said the two got in an argument, which resulted in Swift flying home solo on Jan. 4.

Swift recently ended a short-lived romance with Conor Kennedy, and was immediately linked to Styles.

Oh, good grief, Swift.
