Glee star Mark Salling has been sued by his former girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela for sexual battery, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

Gorzela claims that she hooked up with Salling in 2011 before she traveled to Canada. She agreed to sexual intercourse with the actor, whom she had been dating since September 2010, but insisted he wear a condom. According to the lawsuit, Salling ignored her request and proceeded to ”insert his penis into [her] vagina without a condom.”

Later that month, Gorzela says she went to his home to confront him about the incident when she discovered him in bed with another woman, and “demanded” that he undergo an STD test. Salling reportedly grabbed her and threw her to the ground. She filed a police report the same day.

Salling’s rep denied the accusations in a statement. ”There is no truth to this. It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success. We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorneys and have no further comment.”

Is it not a little weird that this happened in 2011 and she’s just now filing suit in 2013? Somebody must be strapped for cash.
