It doesn’t look like Skinnygirl mogul Bethenny Frankel is getting out of her marriage to Jason Hoppy easily. The Bravo reality star filed divorce papers in December, but in an unexpected turn, Hoppy has counter-filed papers of his own.

Bethenny Frankel Files for Divorce From Jason Hoppy

Hoppy, 41, a pharmaceutical exec, disputed almost every request in Frankel’s papers. Most importantly, he’s asked for primary custody of Bryn, their two-year-old daughter. Frankel, 42, had requested primary custody, too. Hoppy, like Frankel, has also asked for child support, medical and dental care for he and Bryn and ”exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence.”

On top of it all, Hoppy has requested that Frankel “maintain” a life insurance policy on herself with he and Bryn as beneficiaries, much like Frankel had requested of him. He also asks that Frankel pay his lawyer and accountant.

Good thing these two signed a prenup! Otherwise, she could kiss those millions from Skinnygirl goodbye.
