British singer Adele has denied rumors that she “went off” on R&B singer Chris Brown at the Grammy’s on Sunday in Los Angeles, after a photo surfaced of the two in what appeared to be a confrontation.

Did Adele Call Out Chris Brown for “Dissing” Frank Ocean?

Reports surfaced that the 24-year-old Grammy-winner confronted Brown after he lost the category for Best Urban Contemporary Album to Frank Ocean and refused to stand up and clap for him as he accepted his award. Brown and Ocean had previously been in a physical confrontation earlier this month.

Adele cleared up the rumor on her Twitter, saying, ”Chris Brown and I were complimenting each other in that photo actually!”
