Three years after Rihanna was beat down by her then boyfriend Chris Brown, the two are rumored to be secretly hooking up again. In fact, Rihanna and Chris have been secretly hooking up for nearly a year, according to US Weekly.

Singer/Songwriter/Batterer Chris Brown is off the hook again.  This time, it’s for parking in a handicapped parking space – 95 times.

How is this okay?  Somebody tell me exactly what Chris Brown has to do to actually get in some trouble.

According to Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos, Brown had accumulated over $15,000 in unpaid parking tickets for parking in designated handicapped spaces in his condo complex.

Apparently, the judge waved the fines because the spaces in question were actually assigned to Brown’s unit.  That still doesn’t change the fact that someone took away handicapped parking so that Chris Brown could have a cushy spot to store his Range Rover.

While the court did dismiss 95 of Chris’ parking citations, 22 still remain open.  117 parking tickets?  Are you serious?  People are going to jail for jaywalking in California and this joker has 117 parking tickets and NOTHING happens to him?

Come on Karma – time to kick it into high gear.  Just to be clear, I don’t want anything bad to happen to Chris Brown, I just want him to stop making millions upon millions of dollars for being a dirt bag.  That is all.

Chris Brown racked up at the BET Awards receiving five trophies for his new album, but was involved in a little mix-up when one of his awards was mistakenly given to his ex-girlfriend Rihanna for her collaboration with Drake.

While squinting at the teleprompter, presenter Tiffany Green announced, ”And the winner is . . .Chris Brown?” Before Brown could accept his award, Green quickly corrected herself. “I’m sorry . . . Rihanna!”

Rihanna was not in attendance, so Drake, the featured artist in her video “What’s My Name?” accepted the award on her behalf. ”Well, this is awkward,” the rapper, 24, told the audience.

Later in the telecast, host Kevin Hart announced that Brown had actually won the Coca-Cola Viewers’ Choice Award — not Rihanna and Drake. WHAT?!? BET’s President of Music Programming and Specials, Stephen Hill, took responsibility for the mistake, Tweeting: ”That BET Awards Viewers Choice mix-up was due to human error. And I was the human that made that error. I apologize to all affected.”

Okay, that was weird and uncomfortable.

Just when you thoughts Chris Brown couldn’t be any more of an – insert disparaging remark here, he goes and surprises us all!

This time, the guy who beat Rihanna to a pulp, felt it was necessary to spew several homophobic remarks at some nearby cameramen who he thought alerted a metermaid that his car was illegally parked.

Now, I’m just spitballin’ here, but I wouldn’t put it past Mr. Brown to cheat an old lady out of her handicapped paring space or park in a fire lane.  The kid doesn’t seem to care about anyone but himself.

While Brown eventually sweet-talked his way out of the ticket, he certinally didn’t let that stop him from yelling, “Y’all n**gas is weak. Did you all call them to try and film me? Y’all n**gas is gay!” as he walked past the cameramen.

This isn’t Brown’s first homophobic offense.  In December of last year Brown got into a Twitter war with ex-B2K member Raz B., calling him a ”homo” and a “d**k in da booty *ss lil boy.”

I’m sick of watching this kid screw up.  How many chances is he going to get?

During the interview, he said:

“First of all, I want to apologize to anybody who was startled in the office, or anybody who was offended or really looked, and [was] disappointed at my actions, because I’m disappointed in the way I acted.”

Brown reportedly stormed off set after being asked about his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, prompting him to throw a cooler and break a window.

He was sure to report that no one was injured during the incident, and went on to explain what led to the freak out, claiming that he didn’t know he would be questioned about Rihanna:

“[I had to release] the anger that I had inside of me”

‘Dancing With the Stars’ To Cancel Chris Brown Performance?

Wednesday morning, Robin Roberts, the GMA correspondent who interviewed Brown, said she would be eager to interview him again:

“I wish him the absolute best. We extended the invitation to him [to come back], and sure hope he takes us up on it because I’d sure love to have another chat with him.”

“Any time we have a guest, we let them know ahead of time the subject matter and the topics. And even right before the interview I let him know. I was shocked like everyone else, because we’ve had a wonderful relationship. I’ve been to his home, he’s very gracious, and we’ve had easy conversation.”

Chris, Chris, Chris. When you hit your girlfriend, don’t expect people to forget it, dude. This is just what happens. We love your music, but get your act together so we can forget eventually.

“Dancing with the Stars is one of the biggest shows on TV, and if they do decide to allow him to promote his music on it he should definitely be asked to say sorry for throwing a chair and smashing a window.”

Couldn’t agree more. He should’ve never even been a performer on a family show to begin with. As far as I’m concerned, his days are numbered.
