A cameraman in New York is claiming he has possession of a sex tape between pop star Madonna and baseball star Alex Rodriguez. The genius idiot claims he had a hidden camera and was able to get footage of the two alleged lovers at an apartment they used to rendezvous in.

A sleazy cameraman is trying to flog a tape he alleges shows the singer romping with US baseball hunk Alex Rodriguez.

He is demanding a fortune for the footage he claims was shot with a hidden camera in an apartment allegedly used by the pair for secret afternoon trysts.

Last night Madonna’s lawyers said they were “aware” of the lensman’s claims but were not commenting.

The dude though is rather dumb. He probably didn’t have the permission of any party to install the tape and is more likely to go to jail over the tape than get rich off of it.

But legal experts say if his claims are true the lensman could face prosecution for voyeurism and burglary. One said: “If footage was obtained in this way it would be an outrageous invasion of privacy.

“But more than that he would not have had his friend’s consent to install the camera and must have entered the apartment without approval to hide it. That is burglary.

“He would be prima facie guilty of voyeurism. Instead of making a million he’d be going to jail for a few years.

There very well could be a sex tape of Madge and A-Rod poking each other in the butt with syringes or having the marathon session of their life hooking up in Madonna’s penthouse. It will never see the light of day though with the high powered lawyers that both of them keep on retainer.

Fitness model Alicia Marie is the latest hottie to chime in about her relationship with New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez.  Marie was Miss Bikini Universe back in 2004.
Marie tells the NY Daily News that A-Rod came to her apartment several times two years ago.

Responding to an e-mail from The News, Marie said Rodriguez frequently visited her Chelsea apartment a few years ago to lend a sympathetic ear “when I had just gone through a separation and divorce.”

“I am well aware that people will assume the absolute worst here, but Alex was, and to this day remains, just a close friend,” wrote the 5-foot-10 brunette. “Friends hang out together in each other’s apartments!”

Yeah we believe you Alicia.  Alex is baesball’s version of Dr. Phil.  Alicia is about one of 14 women to surface in the past week claiming to have spent alone time with A-Rod during the course of his marriage to his wife Cynthia Rodriguez.

Marie rose to national prominence last year when she started dating former MLB pitcher John Rocker.  Rocker, a nut case to many, flunked out of baseball after an interview with a Sports Illustrated reporter several years ago in which he took several shots at New York City and the people of NYC.

Stripper Candice Houlihan says she had sex twice with Alex Rodriguez twice back in 2004 and supports Cynthia Rodriguez’s decision to divorce the baseball star.

Houlihan, who claims she had sex twice with A-Rod in 2004, when his wife was pregnant with their first child, told the Boston Herald: “A leopard doesn’t change his spots. Good for her, I think she’s doing the smart thing. And she’ll probably get tons of cash.”

Candace says she met A-Rod at a game in Fenway Park with her girlfriends, and later met up with him at a club where they tossed back a few shots and … well, you know.

“It was killing me and I felt bad afterwards,” she said. “I’m not a bad person. I know how it feels to be cheated on, it sucks. But a couple of drinks later, I didn’t notice all that much, to tell you the truth.”

Ahhh blame it on the booze! She went on to tell the Boston Herald what Alex drank that night and how it all unfolded.

Houlihan said A-Rod had a couple of shots of tequila and a few Sex on the Beach cocktails, then they went back to A-Rod’s room at the Ritz-Carlton and had sex. But, she added, they also talked all night and seemed to hit it off.

“I told him I was a basketball player in high school and we talked a lot about that,” she said. “It’s a little weird because he was a really nice guy.”

Houlihan also takes credit for reversing the Red Sox curse by having sex with A-Rod the night before the ALCS between the Sox and Yanks.

But when A-Rod called her when he was in town for the American League Championship Series, Candice met him and they had sex again. (Although this time he didn’t let her stay the night.)

“He said he had a big game the next day. I like to say I helped us win,” she laughed. “I reversed the curse!”

And they continue to crawl out of the woodwork. Who is the bigger ladies man: A-Rod or Roger Clemens?

Cynthia Rodriguez has filed divorce papers in Miami to end her nearly 6-year marriage to New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez.

She alleged infidelity in her Miami-Dade County Family Court filing. She said Rodriguez has “emotionally abandoned his wife and children.”

“The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken because of the Husband’s extra marital affairs and other marital misconduct,” it said in the divorce filing.

Cynthia’s lawyers cited Alex’s relationship with Madonna has the final straw in the failed marriage.

One of C-Rod’s lawyers, Maurice Kutner, told The Post last night that A-Rod’s “relationship with Madonna was the latest situation in a series of events” that doomed the marriage.

The lawyer said last year’s Stray-Rod incident with a buxom stripper, and now Madonna, have been traumatic for C-Rod.

“It’s huge, it’s devastating, it’s life-changing,” Kutner said. “It’s caused her tremendous stress, and she’s doing the best she can to deal with it.

Cynthia was rumored to be in France with rocker Lenny Kravitz over the weekend. Kravitz has denied the report.

It appears that A-Rod’s pocket book is about to take a big hit.  Thank goodness that he opted out and renogiated a long-term deal with the Bronx Bombers last winter.

Cynthia Rodriguez is cheating on baseball star Alex Rodriguez with bad-boy rocker Lenny Kravitz according Perez Hilton. Earlier this week rumors were abound of a late night affair between A-Rod and material girl Madonna.

Cynthia had stood by Alex’s side the past couple of years despite rumors of several affairs.  Last year Alex was photographed out and about in Toronto with stripper Joslyn Morse.

It was reported just yesterday that Alex and Cynthia had separated.

Earlier this year Cynthia took several shots at A-Rod during an interview with the Yes! Network.

New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez and music icon Madonna are reportedly heating it up according to US Weekly. If true, the affair would be of epic proportions involving the highest priced baseball player and one of the most successful recording artists of all time.

Rodriguez attended Madonna’s April 30 NYC concert; the singer sat in his seats at a Yankees game on June 22 (it was the first time she ever was photographed at a Yankees game). Her son Rocco, 7, also sported Yankees gear on June 25 while playing in Central Park.

Rodriguez, married with two young daughters, has already faced speculation about cheating: In 2007, he and a stripper were reportedly spied in Toronto, Miami and Dallas.

Cynthia Rodriguez says that her slugging baseball husband Alex Rodriguez is a big wimp when it comes to doctors and the birth of their first daughter.

“The one nurse had a cold cloth on his head. The other nurse had the blood pressure on his arm. And my mother was like rubbing his back. And he is passed out on a couch. And I am there, in the middle of labor,” Cynthia Rodriguez, wife of the New York Yankees star, said on an episode of the YES Network’s “YESterdays” that is scheduled to be broadcast Wednesday night.

“And really, I am not being paid much attention to besides the doctor and a couple of nurses,” she said. “And he is there moaning. In between pushing, I am going, `Honey, are you OK?’ and `Are you breathing? Are you OK?’ “

Are any of us really surprised about A-Rod being a bit wimpy?

Alex Rodriguez and his wife Cynthia have announced the birth of their second daughter.  Cynthia gave birth to the baby girl in Miami on Monday night.  They have not announced a name for the baby girl yet.

Rodriguez, 32, was with his wife Cynthia, 34, as she gave birth to the couple’s second daughter, born Monday night in Miami, his team announced.

The baby, whose name has not been revealed, weighed 7 lbs., 2 oz., at birth, according to the Major League Baseball Web site.

The couple have a three year old daughter, Natasha.

Alex Rodriguez has taken a beating the past week on the field and off the field in the New York papers. Red Sox fans had fun with him during their game against the hated Yankees by wearing blond babe masks every time A-Rod came up to bat. I am surprised they didn’t throw up a few blow-up dolls while they were at it.

Rabid Red Sox fans roasted Alex Rodriguez last night, bringing new meaning to the term hostile territory as they took to Fenway Park in “blond babe� masks to bash the married Bomber for his off-field antics with his stripper gal pal.

The busty blond is a longtime stripper and Playboy Bunny wannabe who has danced at one of A-Rod’s favorite jiggle joints. Joslyn Noel Morse, 30, who most recently was an exotic dancer at Scores Las Vegas, has been repeatedly spied with Rodriguez in Tampa, Miami, Dallas - and in Toronto, where on Sunday, they had a cozy dinner at a steakhouse.

The pair later ducked into a local strip joint before heading back to his hotel.

The public ridicule came hours after the Yankees $252 million man made nice with his wife, Cynthia - spending $6,000 on diamond necklaces for her.

“This is what I like,� she told him in the Persona gift shop in the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Boston.

“Go ahead, get them,� the stripper-loving slugger urged her, according to a witness.

Rodriguez is notorious for wilting under pressure (especially in the Playoff), so expect to see his stats continue to diminish for the rest of 2007. After batting nearly .380 in April he followed it up by batting .220 in May. A-Rod is truly Mr. April.

The New York Yankees are out of the 2006 MLB Playoffs.  Even a $250 million dollar payroll, the highest in baseball, was not enough to purchase a championship for the almight pinstripes.  The Yankees lost the best of five first round series to the Detroit Tigers three games to one.

The most over-priced of the New York bunch, Alex Rodriguez, finally agreed with the rest of us that he sucks.

“You kind of get tired of giving the other team credit,” Rodriguez said in a somber Yankees clubhouse. “At some point, you just have to look in the mirror and say, ‘I sucked.’”

Just how bad was A-Rod?

Rodriguez, baseball’s $252 million man, was dropped to eighth in the batting order for the first time in a decade for Saturday’s 8-3 season-ending loss.

He was hitless in his final 12 at-bats, dropping to 4-for-41 (.098) with no RBIs in his last 12 postseason games. He made 24 errors during the regular season, tops among AL third baseman, and his third-inning error on Magglio Ordonez’s routine grounder Saturday allowed the Tigers to add another run to what already was a 3-0 lead.

The loss could be Joe Torre’s last game as Yankees manager.  Torre likely won’t survive the Yankees collapse.

According to the New York Daily News, however, the popular Yankees manager will be fired unless he decides to resign first to save face. Sources told the newspaper that former Yankees player and manager Lou Piniella will be owner George Steinbrenner’s choice to replace Torre.

Piniella has been rumored to be in contention for the open positions with the Washington Nationals and Chicago Cubs. He last managed the Tampa Bay Devil Rays to a fifth-place finish in 2005. Piniella began his managerial career with the Yankees in 1986. That team finished second in the AL East, the best result of his three seasons in the Bronx.

It appears that Alex Rodriguez is not too popular in the New York Yankees clubhouse. Fans and teammates alike agree that he can not get a big hit in a clutch situation.  Jason Giambi had this exchange with A-Rod after the Yankees last series with the Red Sox

“We’re all rooting for you and we’re behind you 100 percent, but you’ve got to get the big hit,” was his message to A-Rod, Giambi told SI.

“What do you mean?” was Rodriguez’s response, Giambi told SI. “I’ve had five hits in Boston.”

“You [expletive] call those hits?” Giambi said, according to SI. “You had two [expletive] dinkers to right field and a ball that bounced over the third baseman! Look at how many pitches you missed!

“When you hit three, four or five [in the order], you have to get the big hits, especially if they’re going to walk Bobby [Abreu] and me. I’ll help you out until you get going. I’ll look to drive in runs when they pitch around me, go after that 3-and-1 pitch that might be a ball. But if they’re going to walk Bobby and me, you’re going to have to be the guy.”

Take a look, without laughing, at what Alex said to Sports Illustrated. 

“[Mike] Mussina doesn’t get hammered at all,” he told SI. “He’s making a boatload of money. Giambi’s making [$20.4 million], which is fine and dandy, but it seems those guys get a pass. When people write [bad things] about me, I don’t know if it’s [because] I’m good-looking, I’m biracial, I make the most money, I play on the most popular team …”

Alex you make $25 million dollars and have never led a team to a championship. You also strike out 150 times a year and hit under .285 with no clutch hits or homers.

It is easy to see why New York fans and teammates might be a bit upset with A-Rod. Granted comparing him to baseball god Albert Pujols might not be fair, but Pujols didn’t sell his soul for the almighty dollar and greed either.

Pujols is a freak to have more home runs than he does strike outs.  Albert has also played in almost 20 fewer games this year.  Compare the averages of A-Rod and A-Bert with runners on base (ROB) and with runners in scoring position (RISP).  If you were to base Albert’s salary on A-Rod’s and his production then you would have to pay Albert around $40 million a year.
