Actress Ali Larter, best known for playing Niki Sanders and Tracy Strauss on “Heroes”, is pregnant with her first child, but that did not stop her from promoting her upcoming movie, “Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D”.

Ali announced she and her husband Hayes MacArthur were expecting early this summer without giving more details. During a promotional interview, the 34 year-old accidently (sort of…) confirmed the rumors that she is indeed expecting a baby boy.

“I’m not a gamer. I’m not someone who can sit at the computer and figure out these games — it takes a different kind of genius to get to the different levels and get through the different doors.” And pointing to her baby bump…”Possible gamer? Well, after watching these movies and hearing all the gunfire I don’t know what he’s — it’s — going to turn out like.”

Ali was able to keep her pregnancy a secret for quite a long time before she was caught by paparazzi shopping at a clothing store with a really protruding baby bump. Ali looks fantastic with that huge baby bump. And she is truly glowing. The baby is due in the winter.

Actress Ali Larter and her husband Hayes MacArthur are reportedly expecting their first child together. Ali, who was seen with a huge baby bump while shopping in Los Angeles on Thursday (July 15), is approximately five months pregnant and is due on Christmas Day.

“Ali is ecstatic,” a family friend tells Star. “She and Hayes are absolutely over the moon about it. They have wanted a baby for what seems like forever and now their dream is coming true.”

The friend adds, “It’s going to be even more special because their baby is due on Christmas Day! They don’t know what sex it is yet but Ali is definitely planning on finding out — hopefully at her next doctors visit!”

The 34 year-old and her husband tied the knot almost a year ago on August 1, 2009. Ali had already expressed her desire to become a mom and stay at home with her babies. Congratulations to Ali and Hayes!

Heroes hottie Ali Larter and her longtime boyfriend, actor Hayes MacArthur, have finally tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Hayes’ parents’ estate in Kennebunkport, Maine on Saturday (August 1).

Ali and Hayes’ wedding took places outdoors in the lawn, Irish music was played in honor of the groom’s heritage and the guests, including fellow actress Amy Smart, arrived on trolleys.

Actor Mark Wahlberg and longtime girlfriend, Rhea Durham, also tied the knot yesterday (photos here). It seems like August is the new ‘IT’ month to get hitched. Congratulations go out to the newlyweds!

‘Heroes’ beauty Ali Larter is on the March over of ‘Shape’ magazine. The issue is on stands now. In the article she gives away her dieting secrets to keeping her body fit and trim.

Because she’s so active, Ali has always been at a healthy weight. But she also credits moderation for her slim figure. “One night, I splurge and have pasta and champagne and finish with a chocolate soufflé. The next, it’s a salad for dinner and frozen yogurt for dessert,” she says.

Generally, Ali sticks to an all-organic diet consisting of cereal, like muesli, with vanilla soy milk for breakfast and a grilled chicken salad for lunch. “I love to cook my own dinners,” says Ali.

“But I rarely eat carbs at night because I tend to put on pounds when I do. So I just make a sauce, like a thick lamb ragout, skip the bread and pasta, and add a salad.”
