Amanda Bynes knows how to make a statement. The former actress got plenty of attention yesterday when she posted a photo to her Twitter of her newly buzzed head.

Bynes, 27, wrote next to the photo, ”buzzed half my head like Cassie,” referring to the R&B singer. ”No more old photos! This is the new me! I love it!” she added.

Then, as any struggling celebrity milking fame does, she retweeted several compliments on her new style, including one that compared her to Miley Cyrus.

Amanda Bynes has moved into a New York City hotel after receiving an eviction notice from her apartment’s management.

TMZ reports that the letter threatened to terminate Bynes’ lease because she is a “nuisance” to other apartment dwellers. The site says neighbors in the building complained of smelling marijuana smoke coming from her apartment all day, as well as claiming that she smoked in the hallways of the non-smoking unit.

Bynes, 26, who has been in her fair share of trouble with the law over the last year (DUI arrest, two hit-and-runs, citations for driving with a suspended license and the new photos of her smoking pot in her car), has seemingly escaped the punishment that Lohan experienced for similar issues in the past.

So that’s why Amanda refused to take the breathalyzer, so she could “allegedly” continue lying about her condition. It’s easy to say the cop is lying, when you could have also easily proven it with a blood test. But no! Amanda is SO innocent!

The driver reportedly attempted to follow the car that hit her but was unsuccessful when the car ran a red light and got away. A license plate search traced the rental car to Bynes. The driver recognized the driver from a photo, which happened to be a mugshot of the actress from a former DUI arrest.

Amanda Bynes was finally released from jail after being arrested for driving under the influence earlier today. As you can see Amanda is rocking a new pink hair style, which is an obvious cry for attention from someone desperately seeking help before hitting rock bottom.

Amanda (aka LiLo 2.0?) was stopped by the police when she swiped a cop car as she was trying to pass at around 3 a.m. in West Hollywood. She was obviously intoxicated and promptly booked for DUI.

American Idol’s Top 13 contestant, Jermaine Jones aka the “gentle giant,” is about to get kicked off the show for ostensibly lying and hiding a very nasty and violent criminal past.

Jermaine’s sob story is nothing but a fraud. The Idol wannabe claimed his father abandoned him and his mom more than 10 years ago and now wanted to be part of his life because he is “famous”, when in fact, the father and son had maintained contact through all these years.

Kevin Jones, Jermaine’s dad, who was even in the audience to watch his son perform, told TMZ he reached out to producers of the show to debunk his son’s story and they were shocked the contestant felt the need to deceive them and people at home like that.

Producers of the show decided to investigate Jermaine’s life story and discovered he had been arrested twice last year and has outstanding warrants for his arrest. Apparently, the contestant is a compulsive liar, who even lied to the cops about his identity (twice!).

On March 5, 2011, Jermaine was involved in a fight at a hotel in New Jersey and when cops arrived he gave them a fake name (Joel Jones) before being charged with public nuisance and obstruction of justice.

On November 27, 2011, Jermaine was questioned by cops after the car he was a passenger on was pulled over and once again gave them a fake name (Kareem Watkins). He was later charged with hindering apprehension and giving false information to avoid self-discovering since there were at least four outstanding warrants (3 for driving on a suspended license and 1 for disorderly conduct with an open container).

Jermaine is allegedly also known for his aggressive behavior backstage. He apparently terrorized the Idol staff and even began screaming at one member of the staff because he did not like the clothes selected for him to wear.

Crazy. Just crazy! And now Jermaine will be promptly sent home during the live results show on Wednesday (March 14). One thing is for sure: no matter how good of a singer he may or may not be, Jermaine’s behavior is not appropriate for a potential Idol.

The 22 year-old former Hellcats star oversized long dress by Ramy Brook was absolutely unflattering and probably designed for someone who wants to hide an unwanted pregnancy or massive gain weight. While Aly looked like a grandma, Amanda looked like a cheap porn star.

OK. I’m exaggerating a bit. The 25 year-old actress basically squeezed into an Herve Ledger dress that was at least two sizes too small and too short, but totally ruined the look with aqua green sky-high heels by Christian Louboutin. It looks like Amanda did not have time and just picked the first pair of high heels she could find.

Both Amanda and Aly are extremely beautiful woman, but they seriously need to fire their stylist or hire one to stay out of the Worst Dressed list at the next public event. Who’s the worst of the worst: Amanda Bynes or Aly Michalka?

Actress Amanda Bynes officially announced the death of her acting career at the tender age of 24 via her Twitter account on Saturday (June 19). Amanda claims she stopped loving what she does, so she decided to stop doing it.

Amanda tweeted, “I’ve never written the movies & tv shows I’ve been apart of I’ve only acted like the characters the producers or directors wanted me to play. Being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem. If I don’t love something anymore I stop doing it. I don’t love acting anymore so I’ve stopped doing it.”

“I know 24 is a young age to retire but you heard it here first I’ve #retired,” she added.

Amanda must be really desperate to make such a drastic decision so soon. Three years after “Hairspray”, Amanda finally has a new movie out, “Easy A” starring Emma Stone (watch movie trailer here), which is also her last movie at least as an actress.
