Ashton Kutcher has finally filed for divorce from Demi Moore a year after the couple initially split.

In the papers, which were filed in L.A. Superior Court, Kutcher, 34, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. He isn’t asking for any spousal support, but isn’t denying Moore, 50, her right to request spousal support.

“They’ve been in negotiations, and the filing was done while Ashton wasn’t in town,” a source close to the situation told Us Weekly. “The filing may have been an aggressive financial move for him.”

The two split last year after six years together.

With its renewal, the “Two and a Half Men” stars are also earning “small” raises. Ashton is now making between $700,000 to $725,000 per episode, while Angus earns about half of that amount.

Is the ad really racist or just in really poor taste? In a released statement, Popchips explained the commercials were meant to be funny and lighthearted, not meant to be offensive.

Popchips’ statement: “The new Popchips worldwide dating video and ad campaign featuring four characters was created to provoke a few laughs and was never intended to stereotype or offend anyone,” the company said in a statement provided to TheWrap. “At Popchips we embrace all types of shapes, flavors and colors, and appreciate all snackers, no matter their race or ethnicity. We hope people can enjoy this in the spirit it was intended.”

Keith Belling, founder and CEO of Popchips, also added in a statement: “We received a lot feedback about the dating campaign parody we launched today and appreciate everyone who took the time to share their point of view. Our team worked hard to create a light-hearted parody featuring a variety of characters that was meant to provide a few laughs. We did not intend to offend anyone. I take full responsibility and apologize to anyone we offended.”

After the storm created by the release of the commercial, the individual “Raj” spot has been pulled from YouTube and is not expected to see the light of day. Meanwhile, you can still see “Raj” in the video featuring all the caricatured bachelors, which also include a total diva (Darl), a biker (Swordfish), a British hippie called Nigel, and Ashton himself.

Kutcher and his on-again/off-again wife Demi Moore have used Twitter to rail against sexual slavery involving women and children.  They’ve been relentless about it which is a good thing.

Does Ashton not get it? Does he not realize what happened?  Paterno’s lack of action allowed a serial child predator, Jerry Sandusky, who had RAPED a 10-year old boy in the anus, in a shower in the Penn State locker room, to remain free after learning of the incident.

He allowed Sansusky on campus and in the team’s facilities as late as last week.

How can Ashton be so strongly against sexual slavery and the abuse of children via sexual means yet defend JoPa and Tweet that he was unjustly done by the Penn State Board of Trustees?
