The Hills star Audrina Patridge, who is getting ready to have her own show, can’t get rid of a bad reputation when it comes to plastic surgery. Although Audrina keeps denying she any work done, we can’t help but notice a big difference on her facial features, not to mention a boob job.

In a recent interview, Audrina said, “People think I’ve got my nose done. My chin done. I just laugh at it. I’m just losing my baby fat - everyone grows up and changes. There’s always rumors. People are always going to point things out and it’s entertainment. It’s funny. Doesn’t bother me. Goes in one ear, out the other. I read it, forget it.

Isn’t baby fat something you lose in the transition from child to teenager? I might be wrong… I seriously don’t think Audrina lost that much weight but the “baby fat” certainly disappeared from some very specific places.

New “The Hills” star Kristin Cavallari was asked about Audrina’s transformation since the first season of the show. Kristin laughed and said, “I’m not commenting on her plastic surgery.” Meow! Cat fight!!

Reality star Audrina Patridge is ready to leave “The Hills” for her own reality show titled “The Audrina Show”, which will give a real look into her life featuring *gasp* real people.

Audrina lights up her hair and strips off to her sexy lingerie to pose in some very sexy “fantasy” scenarios for the latest issue of Maxim Magazine (October 2009). Here are some highlights from Audrina Patridge’s Maxim interview:

On her last season on The Hills: “You know, it’s just something that I felt inside. I’m an adult now, and I don’t need all the petty drama and drinking and fighting. I’ve done that, and I’m ready to move on.”

On ‘The Audrina Show’: “The producer is Mark Burnett, who executive-produced Survivor. It’s a behind-the-scenes look at my life in L.A.—the movies and shoots and parties. It’s not as glamorous as it appears, plus it’ll actually feature people I know. It’s, like, real.”

On her new movie “Sorority Row”: “I play a sorority girl who gets cheated on. And if you cheat on one Theta Pi, you cheat on all Theta Pis, so me and the other sisters decide to pull a prank on my boyfriend—which does not go according to plan. It’s very gory, but it also has a lot of comedy, so when you’re not getting scared and jumping, you’re laughing.”

On the craziest pick-up line she’s ever gotten: “This guy at a club once told me, ‘If you were a door, I would slam you all night long.’ I just laughed it off.”

“The Hills” stars got together for the after-party of the MTV pseudo-reality show’s season 4 finale. If we are really lucky this will be the last season of “The Hills” and we finally can get rid of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt along with other talented-less regulars like Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, Stephanie Pratt, Whitney Port, Lauren “Lo” Bosworth and Broody Jenner.

What happened at “The Hills” Season 4 Finale??

Lauren and Heidi Made Peace: They’re still not best friends, but for a few minutes, Lauren melted after hearing Heidi open up about the troubles her eloping had caused between her and Mama Montag. They hugged, they cried, they told each other they were missed. They really did look relieved. And as far as the finale went, that was it for Lauren. No friends lurking, waiting to backstab her. Just a content Lo, happy to tag alongside Lauren for as long as she’ll have her.

Justin Bobby Gave His Pinky Ring to Audrina: After she accused him of cheating with Lauren, Audrina allowed herself to be swept away by Justin Bobby once more. He took her to to Palm Springs, offered to split a filet mignon with her, and then bestowed her with his pinky ring. Monagamy, here he comes! Maybe.

Spencer Played the Good Guy: Right when you thought Heidi and Spencer were really going to tie the knot this time, Spencer decided maybe his tequila-fueled tactics weren’t all that fair. After Heidi promised herself to him in an L.A. courthouse, he stopped the ceremony and told her that they could wait to get married, and that Heidi could have the traditional wedding with her family that she told him she wanted two seasons ago.

Heidi and Spencer’s Wedding Is Not Legal In the USA: As we thought their wedding was more of a publicity stunt than anything serious. Speidi are reportedly legally married in Mexico (there are still some doubts of the legacy of the whole matter, since the judge there could also be fake and just another actor on the show!) but they didn’t make it official by the US law. So that means they are not married… Spencer excuses himself with the promise to give Heidi the wedding she deserves but we know better! That’s not gonna happen!

Audrina Patridge (of The Hills fame) has been busy telling reporters for months that she is tired of doing the show and wants her own spin-off of her and her “real” friends. Now, in other completely ridiculous news, she is apparently “chomping” at the bits for a role in the Twilight series sequels.

“I would definitely love to play one of the vampires. I don’t know which one because there’s so many in the forth book that come in. I’d have to go in and read all the vampires again and see which one I’d absolutely want to play, but I would love to [be a part of it]!�?

Um, yeh I guess you would. Then it might actually legitimize your “career”. Good luck with that.

No, we don’t have pics of them doing the dirty, but Justin Bobby Brescia hanging out with Audrina Patridge yesterday in her Hollywood home is the most time they’ve gotten together since their alleged October break up. They spent Thursday and Friday hanging out, sparking reuinion rumors.

Audrina swore JB off just days ago on her blog, but I guess the loser has wooed her once again.

“As for Justin, his inexcusable behavior has become somewhat expected at this point,” Patridge wrote. “I just want to say that if I were looking for a serious relationship, I would definitely be looking elsewhere!”

Way to stand up for yourself and get a real man. If you wanna get your own spin-off, quit dating dorks.

Audrina Patridge just set the record straight about all the rumors that this would be the final season of The Hills since so many cast members ready to move on, and boy am I happy?!!!!

“There is going to be a fifth season, Patridge tells PEOPLE. “We just found out.”

Patridge, who recently filmed the thriller Sorority Row with Rumer Willis, adds that — despite all the drama — she and her costars have a good time filming the show: “We have fun with each other and we’ve stuck it out this long, so we might as well do another one.”

But Patridge admits that the cast’s divergent interests have made filming difficult. “At one point, all of us were like, ‘No, we don’t want to do another season, she says. “I wanted to do more movies, and Whitney moved to New York and she’s doing her own spin-off. And Lauren’s dating My Boys actor] Kyle [Howard] but he can’t be on the show because he’s on another show, so that makes it hard.”

Something else that wasn’t easy: Recent buzz that Conrad had a fling with Patridge’s sometime-boyfriend Justin Bobby. “It was really hard — one of his best friends that told me that, and I called Lauren and she hangs up on me, Patridge says of the rumor, which turned out to be false. “And then once I sat them down and talked to them, I was like, ‘Okay, this is all I needed!’ You’ll see it on the show. It was very emotional.”

These people must have wonderful “friendships”… Even believing that Lauren Conrad would betray her like that is ridiculous. Besides, LC doesn’t dig losers. And then she comes out and confirms that Lauren is dating Kyle Howard? Geesh, great friend. Regardless, I can’t wait to see all the drama unfold! Yay for renewal!!!
