Former ‘Bachelorette’ Trista Sutter reveals it wasn’t easy to lose the pregnancy weight after giving birth to her second child but she proudly shows off her rocking hot post-baby bikini body in the latest issue of Life&Style Magazine (via Popeater).

Trista added an extra 43 pounds to her normal 110-pound weight during her second pregnancy and has already managed to lose 45 pounds, feeling more confident about her body, even though she is still having a hard time getting her abs back in shape after the Caesarian section surgery.

“For obvious reasons, my abs were the one area that didn’t jump right back into position after I had Blakesley, so I’m still really focused on working on them and getting more toned,” Sutter says. “I had gestational diabetes with Max, so I really had to watch what I ate at the end of that pregnancy. With Blakesley, I didn’t have diabetes, so I went all out - I ate everything.”

“I’m definitely my own worst critic … I’m very critical of how I look and feel, mainly because I want to feel sexy for my husband,” Sutter says.“I feel confident - well, at least sort of confident - in a bikini… And I’m proud that I’ve gotten to the point where I can fit into my old clothes!”

Trista and her ‘Bachelorette’ husband Ryan Sutter tied the knot in a televised ceremony back in December, 2006, and they have two beautiful children together, 2-year-old Max and 6-month-old Blakesley.

Dallas pilot Jake Pavelka was officially announced as the new Bachelor during Dancing With The Stars results show on Tuesday (October 13). The 31 year-old Bachelor, who was eliminated by Jillian Harris in the last season of ‘The Bachelorette’, is hopeful he will find true love in one of the 25 women that will battle for his attention on the show.

“I’ve dated some really amazing girls, but I’ve never been successful at finding that one girl,” Jake says, “and I saw how the whole thing comes together, the process with Jillian. I saw how the process works and I believe in it. That’s a unique way to meet somebody. I have a really good life now, but I would love to share it with someone.”

Jake’s parents reveal he likes adventurous women. “He likes a girl that is spontaneous,” mom Sallie says. “The way he put it to me, he would like a girl that can work in the yard and then put on a pretty dress and go out to dinner.”

But what Jake really wants is an energetic fun girl that can keep up with him. Jake said, “I fly on the weekends, play golf, go to a movie, but I’m not a couch potato. That’s the one thing I have to make these girls understand — I have a lot of energy. I love salsa dancing. Country dancing on a Thursday night in Dallas is really fun, too. I enjoy working with my hands, creating or building something, landscaping and doing garden work. Even if [a woman] didn’t enjoy doing the things that I do, I would want her to be a part of them because I love them so much.”

Jillian Harris, who is happily engaged to her final guy Ed Swiderski (rumored to be cheating on her with at least two girls), said, “Jake has a huge heart and he’s very sensitive. He isn’t afraid to show his emotions. The world will see how far he is willing to go to find the right person.”

The new season of ‘The Bachelor’ with the tagline ‘On The Wings Of Love’ (Jake is a pilot… how cute!?!) premieres earlier next year (January 2010).

The chosen one, Ed Swiderski, has reportedly been cheating on ‘The Bachelorette’ Jillian Harris with two different women, former girlfriends Lindsey Johnson and Bethany Steffen.

Just eight days after he proposed to Jillian on the reality show finale, Ed slept with Lindsey and a day after he asked, texted, Bethany to bring beer and condoms to celebrate.

The women claim to have been fooled by Ed as he was dating them both at the same time without their knowledge prior to filming “The Bachelorette” in late March (the finale, taped in May, aired July 27). Lindsay and Bethany want to make sure Jillian won’t fall in his game.

Says Bethany, “Ed’s not worth my time, but if I can help someone avoid heartbreak, I’m gonna do that. Lindsey and I are both smart girls, and Ed just has this way of making people believe what he wants. Jillian needs to be careful.”

Adds Lindsey, “I feel gross, used and completely violated. It shocks me that he was able to do something like that to me.”

They also claim to have slept with Ed when he said he had to bow out of episode five because he thought he’d lose his job as a Chicago Microsoft consultant.

Shocking?? Not exactly! What do you expect when you find “the one” on a stupid reality show and what about how many guys Jillian slept with before making her final choice? (Thank you, Anderson Cooper for asking!).

Jillian defends her man, saying, “It’s not possible… This is a bump in the road and we’ll get through it.” Maybe Ed can finally get a foursome!!

Anderson Cooper, who was filling in for Regis Philbin on the daytime show “Regis & Kelly” on Wednesday, had the courage to finally ask THE question to The Bachelorette, Jillian Harris (watch video below). How many guys did Jillian actually slept with before she chose Ed Swiderski.

Jillian didn’t exactly answer his question but said, “I only kissed 10 guys, four with tongue!”. Anderson retorted with, “I think I just threw up in my mouth.” Hilarious!

The fifth season of ABC’s The Bachelorette drew to a close on Monday night when ‘Bachelorette’ Jillian Harris chose Ed Swiderski to propose to her from her on the finale of the show.

Jillian chose Ed over Kiptyn Locke, who is has been tapped to be The Bachelor for season 14 (the real winner in my opinion).

So congrats to Ed Swiderski on being the winner of The Bachelortte season 5.

Harris was chosen as the ‘Bachelorette’ after Jason Mesnick rejected her on the 13th season of The Bachelor.

Nothing beats a good ole’ fashioned competition to find a desperate soul to marry you.

The type of reality shows like “The Bachelor“, where you are supposed to find true love, don’t make any sense to me. I must be the only helplessly romantic girl who still believes things happen when you aren’t expecting or looking for it.

Jason Mesnick is one very confused man and basically claimed to love two girls, Melissa Rycroft and Molly Malaney, in different ways making a fool out of himself and embarrassing Melissa on national TV. He dropped Melissa, who he had proposed to, to get Molly back… confused??

Season 13 of ‘The Bachelor’ is history and ‘Bachelor’ Jason Mesnick selected Melissa Rycroft over Molly Malaney during the three hour telecast on Monday night.

One hour and 45 minutes into ABC’s 3-hour-long true love festival Monday, “The Bachelor” Jason Mesnick was doubled over, gasping for air after sending Molly Malaney, a 24-year-old Michigander, packing.

So Mr. ‘Bachelor’ went with the former Cowboys cheerleader, like most of us men would have done, site unseen at that.

Up strolled Melissa Rycroft, a 25-year-old former Dallas Cowboy cheerleader, who screamed blissfully several times after Jason dropped to his knee, gave her a ring and that final red rose.

Jason shocked many viewers in the ‘After the Rose’ ceremony saying that he still loves Molly and that things have been different with Melissa since the cameras have been off. Mesnick dumps Melissa during the cermony show and decides to go after it with Molly. These shockers are becoming all too predictible with ‘The Bachelor’ franchise.

This Jason cat makes Brad Womack look like a rock of stability.

Backseat Cuddler’s Eva Elise has compiled a list of the ‘Top 10 Reality TV Shows of All-Time’ that ranks Survivor as the best of all-time.

The list is highly debatable and in some ways depends on how you define exactly what Reality TV happens to be.  There could almost be two categories, one for Reality TV game shows (American Idol, Survivor, etc.), and another for plain Reality TV (The Real World, The Hills, etc.) where there is no real point to the show.

2. THE REAL WORLD

The reality show that started it all is still one of the best ones out there after 17 years and 21 seasons. It all began with seven strangers in New York in 1992 who lived together while we watched the drama unfold. The envelope’s been pushed time after time, first with an openly gay roommate living with HIV(Pedro Zamora), then with an alcoholic’s addiction (Ruthie Alcaide), and later with threesomes getting it on in a hot tub (Steven, Trishelle and Brynn).

Every season brings us something new and unexpected, but the roommate stereotypes are generally always the same. There have definitely been more boring and forgettable seasons than others, but casts like San Francisco, Miami, Hawaii, Back to New York, Las Vegas and Austin make us fall on love all over again.

This show spawned other popular favorites like Road Rules and the Challenges that bring together all our favorite crazies from seasons past. But without the original, none of the other awesome shows would be successful. Real World has definitely made television and pop culture history.

3. AMERICAN IDOL

Those two words excite massive screams and cheers from millions of teeny boppers world wide, but the phenomenon has hooked the entire nation- young and old. Whether it’s actually the show’s talent, the hallucinating contestants who truly believe they are the greatest singer to ever audition, the snarky comments from Simon Cowell, or the apparent drunkenness of Paula Abdul- millions of viewers tune in week after week, year after year.

With no real formatting changes in seven years, for this eighth season a fourth judge was added in Kara DioGuardi. And though many winners have been one-hit-wonders (Fantasia Barrino, Taylor Hicks, Ruben Studdard), Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood have legitimized the talent competition. And with the massive success of Chris Daughtry and Jennifer Hudson, we have seen that you don’t have to even place in the final three of this mega-hit to make it big. David Cook is also here to stay- I think his name is one we will hear for years to come.

4. THE AMAZING RACE

Having been around since 2001 and with 13 successful seasons, this hit show is a cult favorite. Eleven or twelve teams of two travel around the world, racing to each “pit stop” while competing in crazy challenges and using limited money and resources along the way. Each race has a set amount of pre-determined non-elimination legs where the last team to arrive is not eliminated but must run the next leg with a significant disadvantage… Usually that week the people we hate the most end up getting to stay.

While a lot of time is spent away from other teams, there is always a fair share of drama between cast-mates. Teams vary in relationship, including: homo and heterosexual couples, newly dating couples and long-time lovers, fraternity brothers, siblings, family members, friends, and divorcees. The show is fast-paced and stressful, but America just can’t seem to get enough… With 11 Emmy awards and a spawn of international versions, it seems to be universal.

It all depends on your taste as to what you prefer. Many experts thought Reality TV would be a fade that would die as quickly as it exploded onto the scene. Reality TV is likely here to stay because many of us viewers can relate to the ordinary, common folks that often appear on the shows.

Former ‘Bachelor’ contestant Mary Delgado has been arrested again. This time the troubled, former NFL cheerleader was arrested for being unruly and refusing to leave a Texas bar.

Mary Delgado, who accepted a televised proposal from professional bass fisherman Byron Velvick on 2004’s “The Bachelor,” was arrested in Del Rio after refusing to leave a local bar.

Delgado, 41, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. She was released about an hour later.

It’s unclear if the former Buccaneers cheerleader had an attorney.

Delgado was arrested last year as well for punching her fiance, Byron Velvick.  He still plans to marry her.
